After 8 years of remarkable achievements in the mobile telecommunications sector, and following a decision by the Ministry of Telecom, mtc touch rebranded into “touch” and adopted a new corporate identity. The company also opted for a new brand promise “a new world.” This was heavily publicized through a nationwide communication campaign that encouraged people to express what their new world would look and sound like. 11 MENA CRISTAL AWARDS Holding the record for the greatest number of awards for Lebanon and the region at the Cristal Awards Festival, touch was honored with 11 MENA Cristal Awards in different categories for its key focus 2012 campaigns “In My New World” and “My Plan.”
